Calculator inputs. When you press Calculate, we save the numbers you entered - income, CPF OA balance, cash savings, debts, age, flat type, and buyer type - plus the resulting loan and budget figures. This is tied to an anonymous session ID, not your name or email. It happens whether or not you fill in the report form.
Contact details. Only if you choose to submit the form: name, phone number, email address, and buying timeline.
Analytics and session data. Pages visited, how you interact with the tools, and session recordings - see below.
We use analytics tools to understand how the site is used. This includes standard traffic data and session replay - recordings of how people navigate and interact with the page, including mouse movement, clicks, and scrolls. Session replay may capture what you type into input fields. No payment information is collected. You can opt out of session replay at privacy.microsoft.com.
About 12 months from the date of collection, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is earlier.
Email hello@propertydecide.com to get a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for agent contact. We will respond within 30 business days. If you withdraw consent, we stop sharing your data and delete it - and ask any agent who received it to do the same.
