PropertyDecide ("we", "us", "our") operates the website propertydecide.com. We provide free property calculators, tools, and educational content to help Singapore residents make informed property decisions.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through our forms:

• Contact Information: Name, phone number, email address
• Property Preferences: Buying timeline, flat type preference, budget range
• Financial Information (calculator inputs): Income, CPF OA balance, existing debts — used only for calculation purposes
• Usage Data: Pages visited, calculator usage, referral source (collected via analytics cookies)

We do not collect NRIC numbers, bank account details, passwords, or any data beyond what you provide in our forms.

3. Why We Collect Your Data

• To provide you with personalised property affordability calculations
• To send you the free report you requested
• To connect you with a licensed CEA-registered property agent who can assist with your property search
• To improve our calculators and content

4. Who We Share Your Data With

When you submit your contact details and consent to being contacted, we share your information with one licensed CEA-registered property agent for the purpose of assisting you with your property search. We do not sell your data to multiple parties. Each lead is shared with one agent only.

We may also use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics — for anonymous website usage statistics
• Google Sheets / Cloud — for secure data storage
• Email service provider — for sending your requested report

5. Your Rights Under PDPA

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request corrections to any inaccurate data
• Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw your consent for us to use or share your data at any time

6. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@propertydecide.com with the subject line "Withdraw Consent". Upon receiving your request, we will:

• Stop sharing your data with any property agents
• Delete your personal data from our records within 30 business days
• Notify any agent who received your data to delete it as well

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for a maximum of 12 months from the date of collection, or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier. After this period, your data is permanently deleted.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data, including:

• HTTPS encryption on all pages
• Access controls on data storage
• Regular review of data handling practices

9. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of our third-party service providers (such as Google Analytics, Google Cloud, and our email service) may process your data on servers located outside Singapore.
